Many years of personal growth and professional experiences have provided me with a solid foundation of effectively helping people find a better way on their journey. Most of us are better able to cope with challenges and make lasting changes with encouragement, support, and by using our already existing strengths, versus being shamed for our limitations.
Much of what I know and can teach people comes from the lessons I have learned from those I have been honored to counsel, teach, and/or supervise over the years. I consider the space for healing comes from the connection with others and skills to make better choices while improving our emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual health.
